From the triangular plate with the open-end hole (for the fitting to the baton or the handle) three spirally twisted rods with the heads of mountain goats at the bent ends move away the upward. The snouts of goats are narrow, elongated, nearly triangular line, are forged of two iron plates of rectangular cross section; horn in the form of crescent with the toothed edge in the upper part.
